The high-performance induction-compatible L-shaped thermo-diffuser base of CRISTEL®'s Strate® detachable stainless steel cooking stockpots allows for quickly bringing large quantities of liquid to a boil and simmering on low heat without sticking. The stainless steel stockpot is the ideal cooking utensil for preparing soups, stew, cooking lobster, and pasta. Pasta baskets sold separately enhance this feature.

The Strate® stockpot, made of 18/10 stainless steel, preserves the taste of your food and is easy to clean after cooking.

Detachable handles are designed for use during cooking, when maneuvering cookware from the stovetop to the oven or from the oven to the table. For safety, the handles shouldn’t be left on while cooking. While heat-resistant, prolonged exposure can negatively impact the detaching mechanism over time.
